Your executive leadership coaching journey is designed with your goals, aspirations, opportunities, and challenges in mind. Based on neuro-science, gestalt, systems thinking, and positive and cognitive psychology, your executive coaching experience is personal and unique-to-you.
Andy’s six-step framework for executive coaching is pragmatic, engaging, and results-oriented. [H2]
One. He gets to know your goals and the context in which you work and the ecosystem in which your company competes.
Two. He listens deeply and asks challenging questions to provoke breakthrough insights. He may seek feedback from your Board, boss, colleagues, and/or direct reports to create a holistic snapshot of your leadership strengths and opportunities for growth.
Three. He helps you make sense of your feedback — positive and constructive — so you can create your personalized roadmap or action plan together. This plan is your North Star — something that identifies your most important goals, supporting milestones, and the specific leadership behaviors that will help you succeed.
Four. You and Andy meet with a regular cadence and use your action plan as a frame to identify and address your opportunities and challenges in real time.
Five. Together, you and Andy identify key learning and insights and establish easy-to-apply personal practices that will help anchor your new leadership behaviors.
Six. Your coaching sessions will be pragmatic. You and Andy will address real-time opportunities, issues, and challenges. You’ll come away with focus, tactics, and the confidence you need to succeed.
